Riscure is organized in 2 units: Security Lab and Inspector Products.

Recently Riscure has joined Keysight Technologies, a US listed specialist in test and measurement solutions.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist with a passion for administration, a keen eye for detail and proactive and hands on attitude, who takes care of all inbound and outbound logistics.

You will join our local Factory Order Management team, preferably full-time, who is supporting our Products and Services units globally. This position is also involved in the integration into Keysight, transitioning to an Oracle ERP environment. Never a dull moment!

Your responsibilities:

• Logistics Inbound and Outbound handling for our Factory in Delft
• Logistics including services hands holding on customized requirements for those urgent shipments

• Monitor arrangement with forwarders for urgent shipments and provide progressive update to relevant stakeholders

• Manage escalation to Logistics Service Provider management to meet delivery timeline, as appropriate when the need arises

• Bachelor's degree in any Trade or Logistics or University Degree or equivalent

• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in international logistics-related operations

• Requires general proficiency with tools, systems and procedures to accomplish job

• Hands on experience in MS Applications and Smartsheet

• Hands on experience in Oracle, GTM / OTM

• Accurate, eye for detail, proactive and organizational skills

• Knowledge on Export Control and trade policies and compliance requirements would be an added advantage

• Since you will work in a team with international colleagues and international customers, being able to both speak and write English on a proficient level is required
