Office & Travel Support

We are looking for an Office & Travel support at Riscure for 24 hours a week who is well organized, proactive, experienced and have the ability to multitask.  With this dynamic role, you will take ownership of diverse tasks of office, facilities and travel support.

It will be your role to ensure everything runs smoothly from planning, making purchases, organizing team day to making travel arrangements. The support role is on site at our Office in Delft.

About the job

In this support role, you will be managing office, facilities and travel requests.

You will work in a team and your main tasks will be:

• Office Support
• Hosting customers (registration badges/welcoming/first point of contact)
• Handling day to day office & facilities request by e-mail
• Purchasing office supplies
• Arranging meeting rooms
• Administrative and invoice tasks
• Support for events
• Travel Supports
• Support and arrange travel such as incl. flights, visa accommodation and transportation
• Expense arrangements
• Invoicing

• MBO working and thinking level
• Relevant work experience in a similar position
• Fluent in writing and speaking English. Dutch is plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Good knowledge of the Office 365 package is required
• Experience in office, hospitality and travel
• Flexible in working day
