As the number of projects we undertake for our clients is growing steadily, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to reinforce our Knowledge and Services unit in Delft.

Your job

At Riscure we perform a great variety of challenging security evaluation projects. In your capacity of Project Manager you oversee the projects planning and execution. The project management role reports to the Operations Lead.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Independently plan and manage key projects to completion – these will typically be projects which are highly technical and for key international customers.
  • Responsible for delivery of multiple security evaluation projects within time and budget and at the required quality level.
  • Prepare project status reports and conduct meetings on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions.
  • Manage project risk.
  • Handling customer communication during the project execution.
  • Manage relationship with project stakeholders (internal and external), e.g., customer and Riscure technical teams, management teams, sales team.
  • Development and review of project proposals in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • In collaboration with other project managers, handle the planning of resources.
  • Collect and implement lessons learnt.
  • Coaching security analyst teams in the right direction and ensuring that the right security evaluation tasks are performed within time.
  • Dealing with escalations and managing them to suitable outcome for both Riscure and our customers.
  • Timely management of administrative tasks related to project execution.

Job requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in project management roles in service oriented businesses.
  • Experience in leading projects with a team of academic engineers.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Good at resolving challenging project situations.
  • Commitment and a pro-active attitude.
  • Creative.
  • (Plus) Experience in (one of) the following: payments industry, IoT, Automotive or security certification project.
